Casual Administration Assistant/Receptionist
Due to our current awesome casual administration assistance/receptionist wanting to retire - a vacancy has arisen in our team!
We are seeking a professional and mature person to provide administration services which includes:
  • Mail outs
  • Reception/Answer phone
  • Filing
  • Photocopying
  • Make appointments
  • Assist with accounting functions as directed
  • Data entry
  • Cleaning
  • Tea/coffee making
  • Set up client files
  • Shred waste paper
We require the person for 2 days a week  - 8.30am to 5pm (with an hour for lunch) as well as occasional relief work when the permanent administration staff member is on holidays or otherwise away.

The essential criteria are:
  • Receptionist skills
  • Communication skills
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Confidentiality
Preferred criteria are:
  • Experience with accounting office procedures
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with MYOB & Xero
We provide a work friendly environment and above award wages.
